Requirements

• Submit the Ravenna preliminary application and fee, parent statement, student statement, and family video.
• Request three teacher recommendations and two academic years of transcripts through Ravenna.
• Submit the optional financial-aid application by the application deadline when requesting assistance.
• Applicants seeking Academic Support Center services must submit that separate application by its earlier deadline.
• Standardized testing is not required.

How applications are reviewed

• The committee reviews the complete Ravenna file for academic readiness and fit with the Sacred Heart educational mission.
• Admission events are optional and attendance does not affect the decision.
• The school does not publish a formula or weighting for individual application components.

Fall 2027 entry

• Early September 2026Application opens.
