- For grades 4–11, upload the required short student introduction video through Ravenna.
- For grades 1–11, submit official report cards or transcripts for the current and prior school years.
- For grades 7–11, submit one math/science and one English/humanities teacher evaluation through Ravenna.
- For grades 6–11, submit a counselor or principal evaluation from the current school.
- Complete the invited student visit and parent/guardian conversation after submitting the preliminary application and supporting documents.
